Section 2-1-3-03-111.02

Manipulated animal and vegetable manures shall be registered by brand and grade, with the Commissioner of Agriculture and Commerce and State Chemist and shall be subject to inspection, sampling, reporting, etc. as required for any other commercial fertilizer products.
