At the time of filing said written request, the person asking for such review shall deposit a certified check for one-hundred dollars ($100) with the Director and/or State Entomologist of the Bureau of Plant Industry, or, in the case the destruction of property is involved, with the agent of the Bureau responsible for the carrying out of the provisions Miss. Code Ann. §§69-25-1 through 69-25-47, in the locality in which the property is located. Said sum of $100 is to be applied towards defraying the expenses of a special meeting of the Bureau providing the Commissioner or the Director considers the exigencies of the case require action before the next regular meeting.
