Section 2-1-3-01-123.01

Any person affected by any rule or regulation made or notice given, pursuant to Miss. Code Ann. §§ 69-25-1 through 69-25-47, and especially § 69-25-37, may have a review thereof, for the purpose of having such rule, regulation or notice modified, suspended or withdrawn, by filing a written request with the Director and/or State Entomologist of the Bureau of Plant Industry, Mississippi Department of Agriculture, stating the particular rule, regulation or notice regarding which action is desired and setting forth the objections to the enforcement of said rule, regulation or notice.
