Rule 15-20-72-1.15.2

No Tester's Certificate will be suspended or revoked without notice to the Certificate holder and an opportunity for a hearing. Hearings shall be held in conformity with Sections 41-26-17 and 41-26-21 Mississippi Code of 1972 Annotated.
