A Tester's Certificate may be revoked or suspended by the Department for just cause. Causes include, but are not limited to, the following:
1. Fraud, deception, or misrepresentation of a material fact to either the public or the Department ;2. Misfeasance, malfeasance or nonfeasance;3. Failure to file any official reports required by the Department;4. Failure to maintain all official records required by the Department;5. Failure to respond to any official correspondence from the Department;6. Failure to obey a lawful order of the Director or any duly appointed Administrative Hearing Officer of the Department;7. Failure to exercise reasonable care or judgment in the testing of backflow prevention devices;8. Failure to comply with the terms of a suspension of a certificate issued by the Department;15 Miss.
