Rule 15-19-60-6.2.2 - Meetings1. The Council shall meet at least one time each fiscal year at a time and place designated by the Department. Additional special meetings may be held if, at the discretion of the Department, such special meetings are necessary. Meetings may be called by giving 10 days written notice.2. Four of the seven members of the Council shall constitute a quorum, and if the quorum is not present at the time of such called meeting, same may be adjourned to a date to be designated by the Chairman.3.
