Rule 15-19-60-6.2.1 - Council Structure and Purpose1. The Council shall consist of seven (7) members as set forth in the Act, for the terms indicated therein, and shall serve under the jurisdiction of the State Board of Health.2. The Council shall serve in an advisory capacity to the Department in matters relating to the administration and interpretation of the Act.3.
