Rule 15-19-60-11.5.15 - Summary SuspensionThe Department may summarily suspend a Certificate of Registration prior to a hearing, simultaneously with the filing of a formal complaint and notice of hearing, if the Department determines that:
1. The health, safety, or welfare of the general public is in immediate danger; and/or2. The Registrant's physical capacity to practice his profession is in issue; and/or3. The Registrant's mental capacity to practice his profession is in issue; and/or4. Any hearing held pursuant to this provision shall be held within twenty (20) days of service of the formal complaint and notice of hearing.15 Miss. Code. R. 19-60-11.5.15
