Rule 15-19-60-11.5.14 - Exemption

1. These regulations do not apply to physicians licensed to practice medicine in the State of Mississippi in the performance of their professional duties; and

2. Tattoo removal by the licensed tattoo artist is not permitted in the State of Mississippi in the performance of their professional duties.
