The Council shall meet at least twice each year, with the first meeting being in January. Additional meetings may be held, at the discretion of the chairperson of the Council or any two council members. A quorum shall consist of four (4) members of the Council, including one speech-language pathologist and one audiologist present, and shall be necessary for the Council to take action by vote. A notice of meeting shall be published in a newspaper of general circulation in the state not less than ten (10) days prior to any meeting.
