If occupational therapy services are offered, the services shall be given by or under the supervision of a professional licensed occupational therapist and hold a current Mississippi license. Other properly trained and supervised personnel, such as licensed occupational therapy assistants and aides, shall be sufficient to meet the needs of the department.
