If physical therapy services are offered, the services shall be given by or under the supervision of a qualified physical therapist. A qualified physical therapist shall be a graduate of a program in physical therapy approved by the Council on Medical Education of the American Medical Association (in collaboration with the American Physical Therapy Association) or its equivalent and hold a current Mississippi license. Additional properly trained and supervised personnel shall be sufficient to meet the needs of the department.
