Amend the first paragraph under Item 18p., Bottling and Packaging, on page 11 by adding the following sentence: "Provided, that cottage cheese, dry curd cottage cheese, and lowfat cottage cheese may be transported in sealed containers in a protected, sanitary manner from one plant to another for creaming and/or packaging."
