Rule 15-13-74-2.1.20

Amend the first paragraph of Administrative Procedure #3 under Item 17p., Cooling of Milk, on page 114 by adding the following sentence to the first paragraph: "Each delivery vehicle shall be equipped with an accurate thermometer."
