Rule 15-11-55-4.3.2 - Camp Director/Program Manager1. Each Residential Camp shall have a camp director or permitted program manager on the premises who shall: a. Be at least 25 years of age and
b. Have successfully completed a documented course in camping administration such as those offered by professional camping associations, national agencies or their equivalent as determined by the Youth Camp Safety Advisory Council or
c. Have had at least two years previous documented experience as part of the administrative staff of a youth camp.2.
