Rule 15-11-55-1.4.2 - Smoking, Tobacco Products, and Prohibited Substances1. Smoking or the use of tobacco products in any form is prohibited within the physical confines or the campus of a child care facility.2. The use of alcohol, illegal use of prescription drugs, or use of illegal drugs is prohibited within the physical confines or the campus of a child care facility.3. Smoking or the use of tobacco products in any form, use of alcohol, illegal use of prescription drugs, or use of illegal drugs by a caregiver is prohibited anytime a child is under the care of such caregiver regardless of location. A caregiver is defined as a person who provides direct care, supervision, and guidance to children in a child care facility, regardless of title or occupation.
