Rule 1-5-11.3 - Other Remedial Actions for MisconductA. The Secretary of State may deliver a written official warning to cease misconduct, misfeasance, or malfeasance to any notary whose actions are deemed to be in violation of these Rules, the act, or other laws of the State of Mississippi.B.
