Rule 1-14-1-2.21 - Notice of Withdrawal or Completion of Offering of Securities under Registration by Coordination or QualificationA. Notices of withdrawal of an offering must be made in writing and filed with the Division along with the required fee set forth in Section 75-71-310(e) of the Act and Rule 4.03(C).B. Whenever an offering of securities under Sections 75-71-303 or -304 of the Act has been completed, notice of completion of the offering shall be filed within sixty (60) days of completion stating (1) the name of the issuer, (2) a description of the securities registered in this state, (3) the aggregate amount of securities registered in this state, (4) the aggregate amount of securities sold in this state, and (5) the date the offering was completed.1 Miss.
