Section R. 28.1813 - Rule 813. Parking in alley prohibited; exception; stopping or standing in alley prohibited; exception; violation as civil infraction(1) A person shall not park a vehicle in an alley, except when authorized by official signs. A person shall not stop or stand a vehicle in any alley, except while actually in the process of loading or unloading the vehicle.(2) A person who violates this rule is responsible for a civil infraction.Mich.
