Section R. 28.1709 - Rule 709. Pedestrians; crossing between adjacent intersections; violation as civil infraction(1) Where traffic-control signals are in operation, pedestrians shall not cross the roadway except in a marked crosswalk.(2) A person who violates this rule is responsible for a civil infraction.Mich.
