Section R. 28.1708 - Rule 708. Pedestrians; yielding right-of-way to emergency vehicles; violation as civil infraction(1) A pedestrian shall yield the right-of-way to an authorized emergency vehicle under the conditions prescribed in the Act.(2) A person who violates this rule is responsible for a civil infraction.Mich.
