(1) The owner of a navigable waters livery vessel that is rented or offered for rent on the Great Lakes shall have aboard the vessel a marine radio that is in good working condition.(2) The owner of a navigable waters livery vessel that is rented or offered for rent on the Great Lakes shall have aboard the vessel a suitable marine-type compass that is in good and serviceable condition.Mich.
