Section R. 408.22240 - Decision of directorRule 1240.
(1) Upon receipt of the record transmitted under these rules, the director shall, within a reasonable time, render his or her decision.(2) The decision may affirm, modify, or set aside, in whole or in part, the findings, conclusions, and the rule or order contained in the proposed decision of the hearing officer, and shall include a statement of reasons which shall provide for each conclusion of law, supporting authority, or reasoned opinion.(3) The director shall serve or cause to be served, a copy of his or her decision upon all parties and the hearing officer.Mich.
