Section R. 408.22239 - Transmission of recordRule 1239.
(1) If exceptions and objections thereto are filed, the hearing officer shall transmit the record of the proceeding to the director.(2) The record shall include the following. (a) Notices, pleadings, motions, and intermediate rulings.(b) Questions and offers of proof, objections, and rulings thereon.(d) Matters officially noticed, except matters so obvious that a statement of them would not serve a useful purpose.(e) Proposed findings of fact and conclusions of law and exceptions and objection thereto.(f) Any proposed decision, opinion, order, or report by the hearing officer.Mich.
