Section R. 125.198 - Michigan housing and community development fund advisory committeeRule 198. Pursuant to section 58 e of the act, MCL 125.1458e, the authority shall seek the advice of the Michigan housing and community development fund advisory committee on both of the following:
(a) Recommendations for the biennial allocation plan required under section 58 b of the act, MCL 125.1458b.(b) Fund expenditure review, including whether the expenditures are distributed fairly and equitably, whether the expenditures satisfy the housing needs and priorities in this state, and whether the expenditures satisfy the economic needs and priorities in this state.Mich.
