Section R. 400.3120 - Pursuit of potential benefits as condition of eligibility

Rule 20.

(1) As a condition of eligibility, a client shall apply for potential benefits for which the group or a member of the group may be eligible.
(2) A client shall take action to make the entire benefit amount available to the group.
