(1) A grantee shall maintain a record of all income derived through the provision of a bureau-funded service. The bureau shall issue procedures for recording program income pursuant to the provisions of R 400.19201(3)(c).(2) Program income derived from a bureau-funded project shall be used to increase or expand services of the agency to low-income persons in accordance with applicable state or federal grant regulations.(3) A grantee shall ensure that acceptable accounting procedures are established for recording the receipt and expenditure of program income.Mich.
