Section R. 299.2931 - DefinitionsRule 31. As used in this part:
(a) "Alteration" means the construction of any modification or addition to an existing sewerage system which changes the process or system capacity.(b) "Construction" means erection or installation of sewer systems or treatment facilities, including equipment and appurtenances, in accordance with approved plans and specifications.(c) "Permit" means a construction permit issued by the director of the department for a sewer system or treatment facility pursuant to section 6 of the act and these rules.Mich.
