(1) A person desiring to inject water, gas, or other fluid into a producing formation or use other technology for the purpose of increasing the ultimate recovery of hydrocarbons from a reservoir shall file a petition for hearing pursuant to part 12 of these rules.(2) The operator of a secondary recovery project shall keep accurate records of all oil, gas, and brine produced, volumes of fluids injected, and injection pressures.
