Section R. 425.49 - Hearings and judicial reviewRule 49.
(1) An interested person who feels aggrieved by an action or inaction of the supervisor may request a contested hearing on the matter involved. Also, the supervisor on his own motion may commence a hearing for the purpose of receiving information before issuing an order. The hearing shall be conducted by the supervisor in accordance with provisions for contested cases in Act No. 306 of the Public Acts of 1969, as amended, being §24.201 et seq. of the Michigan Compiled Laws.(2) A determination, action, or inaction by the supervisor following the hearing shall be subject to judicial review as provided in Act No. 306 of the Public Acts of 1969, as amended.Mich.
