Section R. 425.48 - Investigation and inspection of mining areas

Rule 48. Investigation and inspection of mining areas by the supervisor or his authorized representative may include, but not be limited to:

(a) Inspection of all mining areas.

(b) Taking photographs.

(c) Taking and removal of soil and plant samples.
