Section R. 299.4909 - Landfill engineering plans; topographic mapsRule 909.
(1) Engineering plans for a landfill shall include topographic maps that are referenced to United States geological survey datum at a scale of not more than 200 feet to the inch with contour intervals that clearly show the character of the land and land use within 1,500 feet of the solid waste disposal unit or units.(2) Topographic maps that are required by this rule shall include all of the following: (a) A legal description of the property included in the application.(b) Proposed solid waste disposal units.(c) Structures on the site.(d) Existing and known proposed utilities.(f) Surface waters, wetlands, or floodplains.(g) Special drainage devices, if necessary.(j) Fencing and other means of controlling access, such as gates and natural barriers.(k) The location of all residences.Mich.
