Section R. 325.5119 - Specific terms and conditions of licensesRule 119.
(1) A license issued under this part is subject to all the provisions of the act, now or hereafter in effect, and to all rules and orders of the department.(2) A license issued or granted under this part and a right to possess or utilize radioactive material granted by a license issued under this part shall not be transferred, assigned, or in any manner disposed of, either voluntarily or involuntarily, directly or indirectly, through transfer of control of any license to any person unless the department, after securing full information, finds that the transfer is in accordance with the provisions of the act, and gives its consent in writing.(3) A person licensed by the department under this part shall confine his or her use and possession of the material licensed to the locations and purposes authorized in the license.Mich.
