Section R. 325.5118 - Issuance of specific licensesRule 118.
(1) As used in this rule, "as it deems appropriate or necessary" means as the department determines is appropriate or necessary in order to minimize danger to public health and safety or property; and prevent loss or theft of material subject to this part.(2) Upon a determination that an application meets the requirements of the act and these rules the department shall issue a specific license authorizing the proposed activity in such form and containing such conditions and limitations as it deems appropriate or necessary.(3) The department may incorporate in any license at the time of issuance, or thereafter, by appropriate rule or order, such additional requirements and conditions with respect to the licensee's receipt, possession, use, and transfer of radioactive material subject to this part as it deems appropriate or necessary.(4) The department may require such reports and the keeping of such records, and may provide for such inspections of activities under the license as it deems appropriate or necessary.Mich.
