Section R. 325.5009 - Definitions; G, H

Rule 9.

(1) "High radiation area" means an area, accessible to individuals, in which there exists such radiation, that an individual could receive in any 1 hour a dose in excess of 100 millirems.

(2) "Human use" means the internal or external administration of radiation or radioactive materials to human beings.
