Section R. 325.10739b - Groundwater supply rules; reporting and recordkeepingRule 739b.
(1) In addition to the reporting requirements of R 325.10734, a groundwater supply subject to R 325.10612 shall provide all of the following information to the department:(a) A groundwater supply conducting compliance monitoring under R 325.10739a shall notify the department any time the groundwater supply fails to meet a department specified requirement including, but not limited to, minimum residual disinfectant concentration, membrane operating criteria or membrane integrity, and alternative treatment operating criteria, if operation under the criteria or requirements is not restored within 4 hours. The groundwater supply shall notify the department as soon as possible, but in no case later than the end of the next business day.(b) After completing any corrective action under R 325.10612a (1), a groundwater supply shall notify the department within 30 days of completion of the corrective action.(c) If a groundwater supply subject to the requirements of R 325.10739 (1) does not conduct source water monitoring under R 325.10739 (1) (e) (ii), the groundwater supply shall provide documentation to the department within 30 days of the total coliform positive sample that it met the department criteria.(2) A groundwater supply subject to R 325.10612 shall maintain records under R 325.11509.Mich.
