Section R. 791.719 - Dietary allowances

Rule 19. A facility shall maintain documentation that the facilitys dietary allowances are reviewed at least annually by a dietician. Menu evaluations are conducted at least quarterly by facility food service supervisory staff to verify adherence to the established basic daily servings.
