Section R. 791.718 - Inmate rights

Rule 18. A facility shall establish and maintain written policy, procedure, and practice that protects inmates from all of the following that would constitute a civil or criminal violation:

(a) Personal abuse.

(b) Corporal punishment.

(c) Personal injury.

(d) Disease.

(e) Property damage.

(f) Harassment.
