Section 26.11.14.03 - Control of Total Reduced Sulfur Emissions

A person may not cause or permit the discharge of TRS from a kraft pulp mill in excess of 0.6 pound/ton of ODP. This requirement includes the combined emissions from recovery boilers, digesters, evaporators, and smelt tanks.
