Section 26.11.14.02 - Applicability

A. The requirements of this chapter apply to a person who owns or operates a kraft pulp mill.

B. Any source which is subject to the provisions of this chapter is also subject to the provisions of any other chapter. However, when this chapter establishes an emissions standard for a specific installation which differs from the general emission standards in COMAR 26.11.06.01 a --.09, this chapter takes precedence.
