Section 20.50.12.15 - Resilience PlansA. This regulation applies after January 1, 2024.B. An electric utility shall have resilience plans to prepare for and recover from various utility-defined credible event threat scenarios such as pandemics, physical attacks, cyber attacks, electric supply shortages, weather events, significant infrastructure failures, and other credible disturbances with the potential to lead to large and widespread electric outages or loss of critical facilities essential for public health and safety.C. In consultation with State and local jurisdictions, a utility's resilience plans shall identify critical facilities.D. An electric utility's resilience plans shall be made confidentially available for Commission inspection, upon request.Md. Code Regs. 20.50.12.15
