Section 10.03.01.12 - Reports of Divorce and Annulment
A. The parties to a divorce or an annulment of marriage action, or their respective attorneys, shall provide the necessary information to the clerk of the appropriate court for the clerk to prepare and forward to the Secretary the required report of divorce or annulment of marriage.
B. Divorce or annulment of marriage report records maintained by the Secretary are not official copies of the decrees, and certified copies of the decrees may not be issued by the Secretary.
C. A copy of the decrees in §B of this regulation shall be obtained from the appropriate circuit court of the several counties of the State or Baltimore City, depending on where the divorce or annulment action took place.
