Section 09.26.05.01 - Unlimited Licensed Pilot

An unlimited licensed pilot who, without the supervision of a licensed docking master, berthed, unberthed, or shifted at least 50 vessels within a port with tug assistance before October 1, 2004, may be assigned that work without the need for additional experience or training.
