Section 09.14.09.10 - Accounting for Tickets

A. Representatives of the promoters, ticket agent, and Commission shall meet after the ticket windows have closed to account for all tickets sold for the contest.

B. The promoter and ticket agent shall then submit to the Commission representative a financial report on a form provided by the Commission indicating:

(1) The amount of tax; and

(2) Other charges due as specified by the Commission.

C. The promoter shall submit a check in the amount due to the Commission within 72 hours after the contest.
