Section 09.14.09.09 - RefundsA. The promoter shall issue a refund to a purchaser, upon request of the purchaser, if the advertised main event or specially added attraction does not take place at the time and date shown on the ticket.B. If any of the contestants featured in the main event or specially added attraction are not present in the arena or are determined to be unable to participate in the event at the time immediately preceding the first contest, the promoter shall promptly inform the Commission.C. The Commission's senior official shall instruct the announcer to announce the absence and inform the audience of its right to receive a refund as provided for in §D of this regulation.D. Refunds may not be granted more than 1 hour after the refund announcement is made.Md. Code Regs. 09.14.09.09
