The Department may authorize a managed deer hunt to occur on private or public land, that is not subject to the season dates or bag limits in COMAR 08.03.03.07D. person, or persons, may apply to the Director of the Service to request permission to hold a managed deer hunt. The Director of the Service shall review the request and either approve it, describing the conditions under which the hunt may be held, or deny the request.
