Section 08.03.04.17 - Special Deer Hunting Seasons in State Parks

Hunting seasons and bag limits at all State parks shall conform to Statewide seasons and bag limits unless otherwise limited by COMAR 08.07.06.03D. owever, if necessary to reduce the white-tailed deer population in the area, the Director may request special white-tailed deer hunting seasons in State parks where it is necessary. The Director shall review the request and either approve it, deny it, or approve it with conditions.
