Section 407-324-3 - COST RESPONSIBILITY
A.Interconnection Facilities. An Interconnection Customer shall be responsible for (1) the actual construction cost of its Interconnection Facilities, as may be adjusted for Contingent Upgrades pursuant to § 12(F), and (2) all expenses, including overheads, associated with owning, operating, maintaining, repairing and replacing its Interconnection Facilities.
B.Distribution Upgrades. The Interconnection Customer shall be responsible for (1) the actual construction cost of its Distribution Upgrades, as may be adjusted for Contingent Upgrades pursuant to § 12(F), and (2) all incremental expenses incurred to operate and maintain (O&M) the Distribution Upgrades. In determining what O&M expenses are incremental, the T&D Utility shall include an offset for the O&M expenses that the utility would otherwise incur on the existing facilities. Specific O&M charges will be established by Commission Order for each T&D Utility.
