Section 186-3-6 - Filing of Complaint with Board; Service of Complaint upon Other Party

The complaint must be filed with the Board in accordance with section 11. A copy of the complaint must be served on the other party to the dispute in accordance with section 12. The complaint will not be considered officially filed with the Board until a hard copy has been placed in the mail or otherwise served on the respondent.
