Section 144-351-27-1 - PROVISION OF SERVICES IN INTERGOVERNMENTAL IV-D CASES

A. In accordance with this Chapter and 45 C.F.R. § 303.7, the Department will extend the full range of services available under its IV-D plan to:

(i) Any other State;

(ii) Any Tribal IV-D program operating under 45 C.F.R. § 309.65(a); and

(iii) Any country as defined in this chapter.

B. The Department will establish a central registry for intergovernmental IV-D cases in accordance with the requirements set forth in this Chapter and 45 C.F.R. § 303.7(b).
